Welcome to Nesaterra Roastery. Please note our Terms and Conditions below.

These terms pertain to the use of nesaterra.com 'the website' and the purchase of any goods from it.

1. Orders & Payment

·       An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and an email confirmation sent to you.

·       Please check your cart before payment as changes may not be possible after confirmation. 

·       Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and exclude taxes unless stated. 

·       Promotions may change without notice. 

2. Shipping & Delivery (Singapore)

·       Free shipping applies for orders ≥ SGD100. This is subject to change anytime.

·       Standard delivery time is around 3 working days. 

·       If a delivery is late or missing, please email us and we’ll help chase it.

 

3. Returns & issues

 

For food safety, opened coffee can’t be returned.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund eligible items quickly.

 

4. Use of our site

Please don’t copy our content or try to disrupt the site.

 

5. Privacy

As part of the buying and selling process when you purchase something from our site, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.

Our site is powered by Shopify for access to the online shopping cart that enables us to offer you their goods and services. Your information is kept safe by Shopify's databases, data storage, and other applications. They keep your information on a safe server protected by a firewall.
